All-in or out-of-control. That was my speed for years after having kids. Every morning, I'd wake with anxiety about the inner and outer battles I would face that day. Burned out, frustrated, and confused about all of the diet and wellness trends, I found a health coach who created a simplified approach to feeling balanced and comfortable in my own skin again.
With a renewed commitment to mindfulness, nutrition and movement, I was inspired to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Health + Wellness Coach and to put my own spin on it.
